Service Description
During this 60-minute consultation, we will help you to: • Choose the activities that best suit your trip and preferences • Organise an optimised day-by-day itinerary • Recommend the best areas to stay, restaurants and practical travel tips • Answer any questions you may have about your trip After the consultation, we will send you a summary by email with all the information, recommendations and proposed itinerary, so you can review everything at your own pace whenever needed. Should you decide to book your activities with us, the full cost of the consultation will be deducted from the total amount of your reservation, making the consultation completely free of charge. In addition, at the end of the session, you will receive an exclusive discount code to book your activities with Arctic Adventures Lapland.
Cancellation Policy
En caso de cancelar o reprogramar el servicio, deberá solicitarse con al menos 1 día de antelación. Pasado este plazo, no se realizará el reembolso de la reserva. La consultoría comenzará y finalizará a la hora reservada. En caso de conectarse con retraso, el tiempo perdido se descontará de la duración total de la sesión y la hora de finalización no se ampliará. Si el cliente no se conecta durante los primeros 30 minutos desde la hora de inicio, la consultoría se considerará no presentada y se dará por finalizada, sin posibilidad de reembolso ni reprogramación.
